- Both parties should always request signed rental agreements. You should not assume your reservation is held until a contract has been signed
- Please ask as many questions as necessary to feel comfortable before entering into agreement for all parties involved
- Rental agreements should include deposit information, dates of travel, total costs (including rental deposit, taxes, cleaning and credit card fees, cancellation and refund policies, and detailed instructions about terms and conditions of rental)
- Each property and owner/manager has their own refund and cancellation policy, and Sea2Sky is not responsible for any refund for any reason. You may want to consider purchasing insurance for your trip
- Sea2Sky is not responsible for damage to or theft of property, it is the owner/agents responsibility to take and use deposits for this purpose
- By using Sea2Sky services, all parties agree to terms and conditions

OWNERS/PROPERTY MANAGERS:
- Property owners and managers are responsible for researching and adhering to all local regulations and rental permits, taxes, licensing and safety codes

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Sea2Sky listings run on an annual basis. We advise you to choose the length of your ad based on what best fits your needs. Sea2Sky does not offer refunds once listings are submitted.
LISTING RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Each listing is designed for a specific property, if you own manage several properties, you may have 1 listing for more than 1 property, however, we strongly encourage you have separate listings for all properties to increase exposure.
- Listing are non transferable, however, you may edit information at anytime at no charge.
- Listing date starts on the day of approval and runs straight through for time chosen by property owner/manager, Sea2Sky does not put properties on hold for any reason.
- Sea2Sky reserves the right to review, edit, approve, cancel, and/or reject any and all listings at our discretion.
- All listing must be accurate, and depict the true condition of the property.
- All properties must be safe, appropriate for all persons, and in good working order
PRIVACY POLICY
- Sea2Sky does not tolerate misuse of owners/managers information; it is for the sole use of inquiring about rental availability. We do our best to monitor emails sent to owners to reduce spam, and unwanted emails. Sea2Sky does not share owner/manager or renter information with any third party.
